As if independent from their body!?

Tracie and I went to see Rodrigo y Gabriela on Valentines day at the Fillmore. It is unreal how they can make two guitars sound like any number of other instruments. Gabriela's fingers move faster than you can even see. I wonder if she has to ice her hands after beating on the guitar so much?

White Christmas

We had a great white Christmas this year --- spent a few days in a condo in Breckenridge, CO



It snowed pretty much the entire time we were there ( except for Christmas Eve ) which was a FABULOUS day for snow riding ( ehem, 'skiing' for the old schoolers ). These pictures were taken from the condo during various times --- it was beautiful.



Weston and Mason showing off their new Santa gifts ( which conveniently showed up a day early ). They're becoming quite the shredders on these things --- our next objective is to get Tyler up on one -- so we can all ride together. Currently Tyler & Tracie sill use a pair of sticks ( skis ) but those aren't nearly as cool. :)





We came home to about 8" of new snow on our driveway --- the next day the boys were back in the snow on the sleds:

Our annual Christmas tree hunt Friday after Thanksgiving. A very cold day spent up in the Pike National forest with close friends, fresh snow, leftover Turkey sandwiches, and refreshing hot chocolate.






Weston picked out a an awesome tree ( of course Bret got a new camera that he doesn't know how to use yet, so be patient )
